power steering prob
i have a 78 bronco that originally had the 351M but was swapped for a 429. the power steering (pump and gearbox) are the ones from the 351M. i just rebuilt the gearbox b/c it blew out the bottom seal. My problem is, now that the steering is like new (kinda loose) it allows you to oversteer too much, which can really be a problem on small roads. my theory on this is that the bronco has 33 x 12.5 tires on it (the original tires were much smaller) but i think the steering stabilizer shock is still original and is not strong enough to return the wheels back to center. any help would be much appreciated.
