Check with the local parts stores like oriellys and az etc. They usually have a wide range of prices and quality.

Would this work for my truck?

Valucraft/Clutch Disc (CP31055G) | Clutch Disc | 1985 Ford F250 3/4 ton P/U 4WD 8 Cylinders 1 6.9L Diesel | AutoZone.com

I just need the disc.

oh, also another cheap option is to take it to a clutch shop and have them put new friction material on it. if the disc itself isnt trashed, just the material on it they will press new stuff on. ive had it done dozens of times and it worked great every time.

How much does it cost?.....I can get one at AZ for 62$

And yeah my disc is fine just worn out, lucky I took it off to look at it, before it could damage my flywheel, and all I need to do to my flywheel is press a new bearing into it

Thanks for the info man, my throwout bearing looks ok, but since I have the engine out I might as well just get a new one.

IMHO it is well worth the money to swap it all out (clutch, pilot bearing, pressureplate and throw out) for the peace of mind. I now that Oriellys sells the whole kit (low end stuff) for about $180. I got lucky and found a brand new still in the box kit on ebay. I payed $1 for it plus $60 in shipping and handling. Since you will have it all apart any way it is just the extra money. Would hate to have to pull it all back apart because something was wrong with the pressure plate you didn't see.

That it?........and it has the throwout bearing and the pilot bearing? (I can't tell what the two round things are, damn small pics.)

Yep that is it. The small ring is the pilot bearing and the big one is the throw out bearing. We will be going next weekend or the weekend after. What do you want for those rockers?
