I have a 1999 Explorer Sport and would like to add subs to it . I do not want to give up any cargo space . What is your opinion on the MTX THUNDERFORM custom fit enclosed subwoofer #FEX10A.

Thunderforms and Q-forms enclosures provide a nice amount of bass to upgrade a factory system. If that is all your looking for, go for it. They are good quality and are great space savers.

If I was to change my factory receiver and speakers would this still be a good choice or would I be better off going with somthing else?

It really depends on how much bass you want. The 10" driver in that unit will give you a nice amount of thump. But if your looking for something that youll hear a block or 2 away, you need more/bigger.

Is Crutchfield the best place to purchase the Thunderform or the Q-Form ?

LOL, that was pretty damn funny. I'm not really sure where else to purchase them online. Enjoy the good sound, but get the KY ready if you buy from crutchfield. O-U-C-H
