There's certainly a market for hot rod Y block stuff, but as noted above, if that heat riser section is as warped as it looks, it seriously diminishes the value. If you could get it for $50, you may come out ahead.
Those aircleaner adaptors aren't an everyday item. Model 91-99 (1939-1941 Ford/Mercury) carburetors are worth getting ahold of for trade stock. The 21-29 (1942-45 Ford/Mercury) not quite as popular. Neither would have the vacuum port. The manifold, if salvagable would be worth a couple of hundred, give or take.
The manifold appears to be junk. The middle port on both sides appear to be warped and a portion of the high-rise mounting for something is cracked. I don't think that I'll be buying it.
