Blower Switch 2004 E Series?

This site has free online manuals for most vehicles. Not as good as the factory ones, but still very useful. Site is sometimes slow to reload or times out.

Basically, they say the procedure is:
1. Depower the airbag system
2. Remove the radio
3. Remove the headlight switch know and bezel (twists off)
4. Remove the panel. I would imagine there is a few of those push in plastic connectors so use caution not to break anything.
