Oh yeah, its amazing for that. We just picked up a brushcat for Bobcat (huge lawnmower on the front that will basically mow down trees and turn them into saw dust)
My dad cut an awesome network of trails throughout our land for biking and hiking, four wheelers and such. The 400 acres is only the hunting area, we have a whole section to roam around on that is some of, if not THE most beautiful land in North Dakota.

Highway 22 is seeing about 4400 vehicles per day, The Interstate between Belfield and Medora sees 4200, also of the 4400, 1600 of them are semi trailer rigs.
The last time I drove from Dickinson to Killdeer, I met (and counted) over 300 vehicles. 10 years ago, I might have counted 30... MAYBE.
Ya, traffic out there is crazy now during the day..
The part that would kill me is driving 45mph or less(posted at them speeds) on the gravel roads.. But the trucks have beat the hell out of them you couldn't drive any faster..
