There is one person on here that is restoring a green crewcab and putting it on a modern chassis with a 7.3. I`ll see if I can find the thread or maybe somebody else will chime in, but it is a ton of work, and no offense to the person but I think you would be further ahead to just swap the 7.3 in if that is what you are thinking of doing.

true but im looking to go to a disel 4x4 and im starting with a 2wd so i realy wouldnt have much left by the time i got done converting everything might as well drop my body on a newer one
