I am replacing the windows in my 54,have new plastic bushings,cleaned the tracks,but they are still a little rough.I wondered what type of lube if any is used.I think some type of grease in the slides would help. thanks F250 RED

White lithium grease, like this stuff...

You don't have to go 'hog wild' with the stuff, either. Just a little dab'll do ya'.
