Good morning Rob, Steve. Not quite as cold today, but, still too damn cold. At least it's sunny out.

this morning i was doing my crunches (ab workout) and i thought about you every rep lol! i have a problem with my umbilical region sometimes when i get out of shape & it hurts like hell for a split second. it hurts from belly button all the way to my ding dong! not fun!

 

The temperate is dropping here.. down 6°.. I think our high for the day was early this morning. Y'all must be shoving your cold air down this way..

 

it iced over at my parents house last night, yeah i bet they sent it strait to you!

I guess as long as you're taking the medication it restricts you from driving but also I'd imagine braking might get uncomfortable..
