I think I'll be staying inside again today Steve and just loafing the day away. It's too cold to do anything outside with the wind chill in the -30's. I might jump on the treadmill and get a bit of exercise a little later unless I talk myself out of it...lol

 

I wouldn't be too eager about a treadmill.. I sold the one I had for the wife. She wanted it but never used it then got mad when I sold it..

 

My wife wanted this one so she could exercise but never uses it, I used to have a cycle I used pretty regularly but seeing as we didn't have room for both I got rid of the cycle. I find the treadmill boring.

 

I have a cycle and a treadmill climber, out in the garage.. too cold out there right now.

 

I can never get into a routine and stick to it. I guess it's easier just being lazy. I always worked hard and kept in shape that way, since I've retired it's gotten too easy to take it easy...lol

 

I have the same problem.. Probably good I have a part time job..

 

My biggest problem is I start getting into a routine then start hurting and lay off until I feel better and don't start again..
