same here, i just don't even try to go very heavy now days. every exercise i do is pretty much for the sake of preserving joint health.
lots of tender loving exercises for the low back & shoulders/chest/arms, and then i go ahead and wear myself out with mid/upper back and legs since i can get away with it lol!
there will be a day that i have to modify for my knees and elbows. i already completely quit bicep curls because of my left elbow.
