Hi Morris, just stopped in for lunch, thanks for welcoming me.
I have 67 fastback, C-4 tranny 289 motor, tilt, deluxe interior.
It is lime green, the color I hate most original ! It was painted
black no primer just black over top, my project this year. 289ci
is fresh but on pallet and wraped . It now has 351 wd. motor, 31
traction-lock rear. C-4 is worked.

Good day Dennis, I used to dislike Lime green but I did grow a taste for it because of the fast back styling. Black definitely will be nicer tho and the 351 is perfect for a balance of power and weight.

Thanks Dennis, once the kids were gone out on their own and my second childhood kicked I started. the first was my 65 GT fast back in 1986 and things just went from there.
How do you like your EcoBoost? My son in law bought one last fall and he really loves it tho he still drives his Explorer the most. I think he`s hoarding it.

 

That's a real nice collection Morris, what the 68 convertible like.
I like my eco-boost it has plenty of power, and if I stay out of the turbos gets good gas mileage too. Great for towing !

I`m trying to post a picture of my 68 convertible, hopefully it works.
I know that an Eco boost has more than enough but I wonder how good on fuel they are.
We had a late supper in town plus we did some evening shopping, now it`s time for bed.

Your truck is sweet, I really like that colour, and the picture size is fine. It`s when the page has to be made wider in order to get all of the picture in that it`s a bummer and your well with in the normal size. Some of mine end up being just abit too small......
Do you have any pictures of your 67 handy?
