I was in the local pet store one day with my dogs and we got on the topic of Shelby and I said that I couldn't get another rottie because of Shelby. There was a lady in the conversation and she says well maybe when you get another dog you can get another rottie and it will be just as good. The lady that owns the store looks at this lady and says no Shelby was special, she was one of a kind. She was a once in a lifetime dog.

I think a Rottweiler could be whatever you trained it to be, very smart animals and very tolerant around others, I think they pick up on their owners character too..

That's true John, the owner has a lot to do with it. I think just like people there are going to be bad dogs.Although to be honest I have never had a bad dog. I took Posie with me yesterday so I could stop in at a vet and have her weighed. She came in about 117 lbs.

Which one is Posie..the Dane? She's a good size for a lap dog..

Yes she is the dane. I don't really think she knows how big she is. She is a hoot. She seems to like to entertain.

So it used to be ring around the Posie until Farley could walk under the Posie...lol Posie reminds me a little of Kaiser the other Cane Corso the neighber has..They unfortuanately moved away..
