Good day Nova Scotia, Steve, John, seventy, bernette, Rich and all who lurk here.
It was a frosty -13 C Monday here, warming up to above freezing by this weekend.
It`s nice that the sun is much more powerful now and the days are so much longer. I hate those long, cold winter nights that make me feel like hibernating.
Not much lately John, I`m still trying to figure out what to do about the upper rad hose. I need a 1 5/8 hose 8 inches long with a 90 degree bend then another 12 inch section but no one in town that I`ve checked with seems to have. I can order one but if it`s wrong I still have to buy it. I really don`t want to go with an ugly flex hose....
I`m still trying to decide on using the nice pair of red bucket seats from an 90 Ranger that I have laying around. I like them but I hate the hassle of installing them. I have an old so so seat from my 56 M100 which is getting a nice new grey valour one.
I've got buckets out of a Chrysler LHS that are very comfortable for my pickup, they are a good fit for me or the wife, not sure what they would be for anyone else but that's not my concern, putting this new box together right now, will get back to it tomorrow.
I don't have any pics of the seats good enough to show Morris but John Niolon copied my plans for the seat base and his seats are identical to mine right down to the color of leather.
