99 Trans help
Hey guys im a newbie to all this trans stuff and am having a very hard time deciding what trans to put in my truck.
First off I will do a little bit of towing with it but only like 10,000lbs max and not that often, no plow but i would like to do a chip and some light mods. I would like to stay on a budget but not so cheap that I am putting a new trans in it again very soon.
I am leaning towards a 6.0 31 row trans cooler for sure, and a BTS valve body with a 6.0 torque converter and a stock rebuild kit....
What do you guys think from your experience? and also does anyone know where i can get the conversion kit for the 6.0 torque converter besides john wood he doesnt make them anymore... and where the cheapest place to get a trans cooler is?

Go to the source, call BTS. Brian will talk to you about the 6.0 coolers and what TC will go good with you tranny.
