My 92 f250 clunks when I turn the wheel to the left. I was underneath it while my boy turned the wheel and I saw the drag link pop/clunk. Im able to twist the drag link and tie rod and get it to clunk with my hands. Is that normal? I just replaced the tie rods a few years back, but I didnt touch the drag link.
As soon as someone tells me where my grease gun is, ill try greasing all the fittings but they look ok.
Well, I'd say you found your issue... My first thought was going to be you couldn't find anything, than I was going to tell you to weld the engine crossmember to the frame on the bottom. That s what fixed my clicking issue
