New Seat

I broke the seat track assembly removing my original seat during my recent transmission replacement. I also realized how dry rotted my seat foam was, how the old seat cover was ripped, etc ,etc, etc, so I went in search of a new seat. $40 dollars later I have a new to me 3rd seat out of a minivan and to keep it Ford in a Ford it's from a 1995 Ford Windstar. It fit's pretty good and my gut no longer rubs the steering wheel.

they were real dirty but my wife actually offered to shampoo it for me and it really looks good now. I was not sure she even knew where the garage was!

Looks very nice and a good fit.
I lucked out and found this newly recovered seat a couple of years ago for my 56 M100 for only $200. Your`s looks nicer.

Morris, yours looks a lot more traditional, but yes mine was a lot easier on the wallet!

It was a pretty easy install, I moved my gas tank a few years ago so it gives me some more space in the cab. I removed all the brackets from the minvan and then just mounted the seats on some blocks which gave me the height I wanted. I do not have any front to back travel of the seat but its fine for me.

Looks good in there and you can't beat the price. Mine cost a lot more plus a ticket from a trooper for Scott's law.
