Yeah it would, but we do not need to AC the house all the time. My wife has allergies and she can not sleep at night with a window open due to them. We have one for the bedroom that goes in around the first part of May and usually gets taken out around the 1st of October. Then the one in the living room is large enough that with the two running they can keep the house cool during the summer.

Maybe once both of these die, I will have central installed.

Ed, how is it down on the island??

I just stepped outside and it is cool and very damp. The temp is sitting around 42* right now.

isn't that clever, jim thats cool. i like that. happy halloween to ya bud. i used to do all the seasonal decorateing but it all got destroyed. so i don't do that anymore.
