Good afternoon Ken, Don, Chris, Neil, Pat, Jim, Chad and all...not much rain here but a lot of wind last night and this morning...hope it hasn't been too bad where you are...at least it's going to dry out this weekend!

We had a tad over 8" of total rain from the storm.

Good afternoon Dick...Chris...and...all the rest!!! Just when you thought it was safe to go outside...the skies opened up again!!! I took Cujo for her walk...no umbrella...rain was supposed to be over. You guessed it...the skies opened up...soaked to the bone!!! We got about 8"...some areas more!!!

I wonder in how much time?

20,000 lost ele power in W. MA since 5 am 10/1/10. Down to less than 17,000 by 5 pm
according to radio nuez station.

it is drying out here right now Dick. But work sure has been busy tonight. and it is only going to get worse tonight. expecting a big wig on campus tonight. should be here anytime.

I hope Dick. looks like the phones might be settling down for a bit. hopefully I will be able to move the trucl closer to the main entrance to my building sometime tonight.
