Bushwacker fenderflares
I have a '97 F-250 HD 4x4 and I'm having some rust thru appearing on my bedsides. Rather than replacing the wheel arch with a patch panel, I was thinking the cut out fender flares with the simulated bolts... the most aggressive of the flare family. It seems our friends at Bushwacker don't make the flares I'd like... or do they?
Why couldn't I get the cut out fender flares for a 87-91 Truck/Bronco? They do list those on their website. Pretty sure the back ones would work but, what about the fronts? Seems the only difference would be the shape of the headlight/turnsignal as it's mounted in the newer style fenders.
Anybody ever done it? Can't imagine Bushwacker wouldn't list this as an application if it'd work and it's a little pricy to be wrong in this case.
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated... Thanx Bob
Bushwacker - Fender Results
They offer Street Flares, Extend-a-Fender, and Cut-Outs.
Oh and the Cut-outs don't just have simulated bolts. You really cut the fender and screw into the metal. looks cool, works great but it's not for the faint of heart.
