Hey guys. I have a pretty basic stock 03 Expy. I just added these Spyder LED Halo Projector headlamps. I have to go out when I get a chance to get the HID bulbs to go in. Shes my baby and this is what I'm working with so far. <a href="http://s639.photobucket.com/albums/uu116/friedchicken129/?action=view&current=134727_1378696006898_1816 855192_719028_60062_o.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i639.photobucket.com/albums/uu116/friedchicken129/134727_1378696006898_1816855192_719028_60062_o.jpg " border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
My first Ford, 2005 EB. Replaced a 01 Tahoe. Here it is the day I brought him home.
Love it so much, I bought another for a spare. 99 EB 4WD.
Hauling my trusty XC steed.
The 05 is the family hauler. Just hit 80k and the only problem so far has been the stuck fuel injector issue (TSB equals extended warranty).
The 99 sits all week as I have a company vehicle, so I put about 4k miles a year on it. I've had quite a few problems from it (blower motor, brake light switch box, transfer case...my fault, vacuum leaks, front pump seal in tranny) but overall it is so much more solid than my 01 Tahoe. Love both of my Expy's. So does the wife, she stole the 05 from me and sold her Acura TSX!
Well not sure I can do attachments or need to learn how...Anyway
my baby Vanessa is a 98 5.4 eddie Blue 4x4. She is all stock besides K&N Air Filter and has 176,9XX on her.Have a list of upgrades to do on her, first is a new engine swap. Love this truck to much to later her go!

lllateralus what is the exact tire size? I have a 99 5.4 EB 4x4, I'm looking to do the same lift/ tire setup. Would like more details
The Expedition had 305-70/17 tires in all of those pictures I think.
The torsion bars were cranked about 2", (for years, with no problems) and I put a 1" coil out spacer out back to bring up the rear.
Just remember to jack up the front of the truck until the fronts are hanging before adjusting the torsion bars. If you do not do this, you WILL strip the adjustment bolt threads. Start with 10 or 15 full turns each side, lower it and see how it looks, jack up and 10 more turns, etc.
