Need Some 4R70W Help

The truck is a 95 f150. just finished replacing the 1-2 accumulator piston & springs. this still hasnt given me the desired "firmer" shift I want. Does anyone have sone ford part numbers or links to where I can get some highier rate (stiffer) springs that will quicken the shift? I tryed leaving 1 spring out...way to hard of a shift. The guys on the crown vic site were saying to use stiffer springs?

"To make the 1-2 shift feel firmer via an accumulator spring change, install a higher rate spring on the top and a lower rate spring on the bottom"

please, any help appreciated.

Jeremy

posting links to other sites isn't always the best ettiquete; but you want to check out "click click racing". (google it). Those guys are the overdrive Ford pros, and can tell you more about your trans than you could imagine.
