low boost pressure
I have a 1995 PSD and I can only create 12lbs of boost i have the banks stinger kit on my truck and banks says i should be creating 23 lbs of boost does anyone have any idea what could be wrong

How are you reading your boost pressure? Don't believe everything banks tells you. They generally sell good products at a way overpriced number.
Have you checked for any boost leaks? Up pipes or intake boots?
