In Production?

Was told my SD is "In Production" as of 9/29. Can anyone advise ...is it actually being built or is it at the start of the build process? Thanks

pretty sure they produce hundreds of trucks a day...

dont think it takes more then a single day from start to fully assembled.

chances are if thats the day it was slated for assembly then your truck would actualy be finished on that day...

I agree, it won't take a full day for the truck to roll through the production line to be built. It should be sitting on the back lot now, awaiting transport.

Isn't today 9/28?

I think it means the truck will be built starting tomorrow (9/29).

That's my guess too.

Thanks all. Just wanted to know if PRODUCTION was the same as BUILD. Another post alluded to Production meaning the beginning of the process, not necessarily the truck was rolling down the assembly line. Thanks again...

I was told it usually takes 24 hours, but could take a few days if the vehicle goes to an upfitter. Would you agree? I'm gonna wait til tomorrow or Fri before making another inquiry.
