Highboy power steering hoses
First off I want to appologize for yet another highboy power steering thread. lol. I've done plenty of searches and read a ton on the subject.
How are the hoses named? As in, if I need to buy one what do I ask for? I'm thinking maybe there is pressure, return, left cylinder and right cylinder? Is that accurate? Just by looking at them thats what I'd call them. And where is a good place to buy?
The pressure hose that attaches to the back of the pump and then to the left front port on the steering valve has a hole rubbed through on the center metal portion. I pulled the hose and the hole was so small I couldn't even seen it but wow did fluid pour out when it was running. Even though mine is shaped a bit different, I think this is it. I ended up pulling the hose, welding the hole and reinstalling. I have not tried it out yet as my fuel pump was leaking. I've already pulled the pump and I'm picking up another one tomorrow. I'm not so sure some of my lines are even the correct line at all which brings my to my main question. Are these things supposed to be in some type of corral or something? lol. I have rub marks on the high pressure line/hose from it hitting the master cylinder and other hoses. Does anyone have a picture of where the 4 hoses/lines cross over the frame to steering valve? Mine seem to be in a homemade holder made out of bailing wire and a rubber hose. lol. It doesn't do all that well of a job since one steel line was rubbed through and all of them just lay directly on the frame.

Thanks for the pic! I had found something similar but it did not show the brackets. My 3A713 and 3A714 are either damaged or missing, part of one is still there. That sucks. Looks pretty basic and I can probably come up with a universal line clamp to get the job done and keep these things from rubbing together. I'm guessing no one probably makes them new.
