Great vids. I think I've watched them all. Now I'm eager to install the train horn and the exhaust .. Is that exhaust louder? I want a louder exhaust but don't want to spend the money to get the tuner, and get the pipes with the DEF removed if I can just get this for a better sound.
Ps I do have a 2011 6.7 250. I just can't change it from my old truck under my name. Hahahaha

The exhaust sound difference is very subtle. It would be a stretch to say it's deeper or louder. A little teenie bit maybe? It has made a bif difference when at wide open throttle. No more high pressure sound and that is very nice.
One thing I did to make lining up the lead edge of the hood with the top of the grill and to maintain that factory gap was to add a drop of paint next to each bolt on the grill BEFORE i removed it. When I put the grill back in just line up the paint drops next to each bolt and perfect alignment. I am waiting for the DVD series also Epic. When are you going to produce training videos for the Diesel Techs? Nice work as always. Mike

That's a good idea on marking the bolt position. I've taken mine off and on so many times I've lost all the original marks. DVD haha... I'm willing to bet most real techs have a good laugh if they ever see the vids... :-)
Great video, I had to change a headlight bulb at about 11;30 at night, read the owners manual, but couldn't find the clips in the dark, under a walmart parking lot light. Also a brush guard makes it a bit harder. And who carry's a LONG screwdriver around? I just leaned the grill forward, removed the headlight, fought to get the old bulb out, and get new one in and reassembled the front of the truck. Headlights seldom go out at home, in the shop or during a nice day.
