Exhaust

00 PSD, stock with Powerchips Tuner.

What's the best size turbo back exhaust, 3 1/2 or 4"?

I had to replace a muffler some time back. Muffler shop had a 4" in/out Magnaflow that we installed and just welded in the excess gap btw it and the stock pipe. I'd like to just use the same muffler instead of buying the entire exhaust with a new muffler.. Does anyone know where I can get the pre-fab pipe and use my muffler?

Any good MPG mods you can suggest.. 15.5-16 hwy at best... (3.73 gears)

Thanks

4'' is plenty big and sounds great. The only reason to go with a 5'' is becasue the sound is a little better. You dont need anything over 4'' unless you plan on making some serious power.

Wix 6637 filter
Yes 4'' is really plenty. There are several non-expensive mods you can do.I guess it all depends on what you are really wanting.

Keeping the fuel filter changed is a good thing. You can check the EPB.
In tank mods will help as well. Both are written in Guzzles site I sent you.
