Absolutely need to know? Make sure it gets filled with gas, not diesel....
Learn about coolant additives and check to see if it has them, if not, do so!
Read and learn all you can on this forum!
As to towing... legally, or make it move? Which tranny in your truck? What state or province are you in if you want to know what you can legally tow?

Hmm... 7.3 Idi Is Diesel! As Far As Towing That Depends On Your Hitch Rating And Your Specific Towing Capacity On Your Truck! Also Check Your State Laws As Well! I Transport Cars And Trucks And Every State Is Diffrent. " Check Your Vehicle Sticker On Your Drivers Door" And Remember That Is Just The Ford Suggested Towing Capacity.
