Exhaust Manifold Torque

Just got my leaky left exhaust manifold off my 1997 F-150 with 4.6 V-8.My God.......what a job.Got a new manifold,gaskets,and stud kit.Gonna install everything tomorrow.Any body know the tightening sequence and torque for the manifold to head studs and nuts?Thanks for any and all info.

20 ft-lb is what I remember.

160 to 196 Inch Lbs. Tighten top nut and then bottom nut on each cylinder starting at the outlet end of the manifold and work toward the front of the engine.

this may be a silly question but are the torque specs different for 100% stainless hardware?
