The HPOP? That could be possible, but I'd think it would shut off instead of increasing the RPM's to make up pressure. I'll have to tell you though, I don't know.
this is a truck that im working on mine is a 96 f350 4x4 4 door 7.3 L 285,000 miles and still kickin hard and yes there were codes on the 03 p0403 p0405 and one for the ipr i dont remember the code but that one didnt come back after we changed the ipr
