Window Regulator Removal

I have a 78 F100, the regulator has went bad on the driver door, I have the new one in hand ready to install...I have the panel off, glass out, vent glass out, but do not know how to get the old regulator out...it has 3 screw looking things holding it in place, however they do not appear to have heads to remove them...I need to get this done quickly as I have to be somewhere in a few hours, and would prefer to have my window up while gone for the evening...I can't see it taking more than 20 minutes, once I get the screw or whatever they are out...do I drill them out and replace them with something else, or is there a secrete I am yet to be aware of? ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED....thanks

I think they are rivets. You need to drill/remove them and use another fastener in their place.

Yes drill out the rivets and replace them with 1/4 nuts and bolts. For next time you don't have to remove the window or the vent window to swap out the regulator, once the riverts/bolts are removed you can move the regulator enough to come out of the window channel and then out of the door.
