Torgue convertor
Howdy all,
I'm in the process of installing a electric exhaust brake that uses the EBPV in my 2001 F250 SD 4x4 7.3 with the 4R100 trans. My question is to get it to work with the automatic I have to tap into tne trans. wiring harness and link into the wire that controls the Torgue convertor lock up . I need to know which wire or wires(colors) control the solinoid.

Its purple with yellow stripe. You will find it in one of the 3 main connectors under the master brake cyl. Its easier to trace it from the pass side of the trans itself and it goes up and over to the drivers side fender area. I did it to mine.

That is what I needed Thanks.
All I have done consist of 1.00 mm AR housing and Banks wicked wheel, Ats trans. and torque convertor, deep trans pan, 6.0 trans. cooler, Airade cold air intake, Silverline exhaust with muffler delete, Edge Evolution programmer, Air bags to help with the HEAVY horse trailer. In the process of converting to a dually. I still need the wheels and tires. I have a Dana Spicer 80 dually rear that was originally outfitted with the 3:73 but has broken teeth so I am installing Yukon gears into it. I am looking at bolting the gears to a detroit locker. I have the dually fenders but need the fuel fill for the shortbed dually. I have the front hub adapters to finish it off.
