Lighting issue
I have a 79 dentside with a 351m. I have noticed in the past couple days when I go to work in the morning all the lights are dim until the rpm's get higher. Its like a damn dimmer switch in all my lighting. I cant put my finger on what it is, I just think I am reading too much into it and its probable a quick fix. Any ideas, please help.

Sounds like your system voltage is probably low until you get the alternator up to speed. Might be a weak battery, or an alternator/voltage regulator issue. Run by an auto parts store and have 'em test it for you.
