I really need to pay attention to when I'm buying things. Today I got my shipment for my coolant filters. Opened them up, took off my old filter, went to put the new one on. No go. The inlet hole was twice as big. Yup definatly bought two transmission filters from DieselSite...And I was so excited to see what was going to come out of this one. Guess tomorrow I am going to call DieselSite and see if I can send them back.
Im not sure how much the filters cost from dieselsite. But I use a napa 4070 filter. Last one I bought was around $7 CDN I believe. Probably much cheaper than buying and shipping filters from dieselsite.
Welp I went out and got a filter from napa, $17.00. I changed the filters, not as bad as last time but still got some sand and rust looking flakes coming out. This change out was around 900-1000 miles.
