Im actually liking the way this looks, what is that little lip that he/she added to the fenders on the bed, after seeing this I'm starting to think about doing you know what again hahaha
I always confuse flareside and fleetside. It's a reg pickup bed, not a step side...
That's why I call them things stepsides - this "flareside" term Ford conjured way way back makes no sense to me, I see no flares on any of them fenders, and if they're referring to the fender shape itself then my dually is a flareside too cause it has fenders nearly identical to those used on the steppers of those model years... On the other hand I'm yet to see a "flareside" bed that ain't got no steps, so stepside it is in my book, whether it was made by Chevy or Ford...

Those lips are called fender flares, they can be had in several different widths, and in many states are required if you have tires that stick out the factory fenders - not that I'll need a DMV to tell me that I need them, I had a 4x4 with some 35x14.50 Bajas on it and them things were sticking out good 2" out the fenders, after the first two miles driving in the snow I abandoned the ideas of cleaning the truck sides and also using the side mirrors...
I noticed that to after looking at it several times, I noticed the back windows, it's one big window, not 3 little ones like the 80-86 model super cab.
It's also got 92+ doors/vent windows.
But if you look closelly, it looks like it's got a pre-86 skinny hard plastic steering wheel.
That was my old truck, long story short: Originaly Cab And Chassi Single Cab 1984, we just take the ext cab from a 92-94, and a bed with some custom made flare
