04' Ford Escape

My windshield wipers have a mind of their own, they seem to go off whenever they feel like it and wont turn off untill i turn the car off. At the same time, if use the right blinker signal while the wipers are on the blinker is erratically blinking. Help!

You'll have better luck with help for your problem if you post it in the Escape Forum - this one is for newer F150s.
