There is nothing wrong with your profile...
Try this....First make sure you are logged off… then clear ALL your cookies/cache, …then run-disk clean up check ALL and dump, then de-frag you HD restart and log in…ALWAYS log off when done.

On checking, it did get canceled because YOU LET IT EXPIRE.

FTE sends an email notice telling you when your Supporter status is about to expire.
