I can't help you with a truck suggestion, but it might help to know that this is the 2nd generation Panther Platform car, which means it is the same chassis as the 92-98 Crown Vic/ Marquis.

Limo companies complained that the rear doors were too short, so some of these Lincoln's (Executive models) have a longer wheelbase.

Otherwise, all Panther platform 1979/2010: Crown Vic''s, Mercury Grand Marquis / 1980/2010 Lincoln Town Cars are essentially the same.

2003 is the first year for rack & pinion steering.

Thanks guys i just want a older looking car or truck with all of the more modern tech in it and thought it would be easyer to take the car i already have and that runs and drives great and switch out the body on it. If anyone knows of what bodies might work please let me know?

none other than the aforementioned panther bodies , without a s---pot ful of work my good man ............ i doubt you really want to get in that deep on it . why don't you find a nice old ford truck and swap the driveline , electronics and goodies into it's frame ???? a whole lot less work , but still not for the feint hearted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
