92 351EFI into 75
Here's the deal: My friend has a 92 F-150 351EFI w/ E4OD. He ran off the road & hit a road bank, twisting the frame to the point that neither door will open smoothly. He found a 75 F-150 & wants to swap in his engine. How hard would this be? Does anyone have personal experience with such a swap? I'm sure this has been covered on this forum. Can someone direct me to the right thread or offer some input on the topic? Any & all help is greatly appreciated.

I've done similar swaps to my truck and a friend's. If you understand 12V wiring and can read a wiring diagram, and have decent mechanical skills, it's not a difficult swap. Just plan on twice as much time & money as you think.
