hey guys i got a 2009 stx with a leveling kit and some bfg 33's and need some opinions on what to get next for my truck i thinkin about a bull bar or ranch hand brush guard. or maybe some rims but i just need some more ideas to help make my truck look better =)
Brushgaurd and mudflaps? How about a chrome grille? I'm debating on a bugshield for mine, I like it w/o but I already have a few knicks in the front edge of the hood. Looks good 54blueford!
It looks like you have a 2wd, I believe most bull bars wont work with the 2wd trucks. The 4x4 trucks have tow hooks on the front that stick through the bumper, well you remove those tow hooks and bolt on the bull bar. The 2wd trucks don't have tow hooks and dont have the cutouts in the bumper for them. So you would more than likely have to cut into your bumper and Imo not even close to worth it.
If it were me I would throw some exhaust on it and call it a day.

By the way 54 - is your G front license plate for Grambling, Georgia or Green Bay?

If you look at the 3rd pic it looks like he has exhaust on it already. If you PTM the door handles then you'll see the scratches from fingernails in there. I'm leaving mine black. Just my .02
Truck looks great, I just gotta chime in... I am a huge Dawgs fan and yeah they have got off to a rough start this season but I'm still a fan. GO DAWGS!!!!

I think the truck looks great the way it is. Just be sure you take that vanity plate off the front if you plan on towing/hauling or running your truck hard. The reason that huge gap is there is cooling, don't want to hinder that.

Yea I actually thought about that quite a bit. My state (MI) does not, fortunately, but if I lived in a state that did, and I was towing a lot, I would bolt the plate right below that opening. If I was just doing the occasional tow (like to the track on friday nights), I would simply remove it. Maybe someone that has towed with a plate on can attest otherwise, but Ford says not to obstruct it. They even left out the grille because a grill alone restricts air flow too much for heavy loads.
