NP205 Locked up??
I bought an NP205 for a project I'm working but I think it might be broken. I have taken the cross bar off so each shifter rod can be moved independently. I have tried every combination of shifts but I can't get it to go into 2wd. I get 4hi 4low and N but can't get the front yoke to disengage. If I push the shifter rod for the front yoke in the entire case locks up and none of the 3 yokes can be turned at all(like a parking brake).
Any ideas on what could be wrong? Am I just missing something stupid???
