The threads are 1/2" -20...... but be careful. If you buy new lug nuts you will find the hex itself to be a different size. The new ones take a 3/4" socket. The original larger ones are hard to find and take a 13/16". The ones you get from NAPA now are smaller ones and won't match your originals.
I got my larger ones from "Lug Nut King." They match.
Agree with what's been said. In addition I'll add that the National Wheel and Rim # is X-1023R. The good originals are, as said, 13/16" hex and are 5/8" tall. They have a 60 degree chamfer angle. Stu
All I'd add is that there are lots and lots of really crappy cheap chinese pieces out there, very poorly cut threads and soft metal. I would rather scrounge old OEM nuts than take my chances. I've had several of the chromed nuts sold at Autozone and tire stores strip out at specified torque.
