Tweaked bed rails??

Well been noticing that my tailgate lines were a little off ... Wider than normal... but the gate closed fine...So today I pick up a leer cap ... and now the the body lines on the gate are even wider like the bedrails are spreading under the weight of the cap... Here is my question??

Anyone have any experience with this happening... If so could a come along be strapped to bedrails to pull the rails in... And would they stay???

Any help or opinions would be appreciated

I would assume the bed is fatigued. Some kind of heavy duty use? If it flexes now, and you pull it together more, how is that going to stop it from flexing later? New takeoff bed would be the answer.

Well was thinking on the line of like using a frame machine to pull it back....to the point it relaxes at its OEM spec.... right now its tweaked out...
