Question

Oasis report needed

I am looking at buying a 2003 Excursion 6.0L with 148000 miles. I would like to see the oasis just to see if it had a lot of work in the early days. Dealer has no idea what may have been done (egr or heads). It is at a Chrysler dealership and they will not get an Oasis. the vin is 1FMSU41P23EB95540 how do I get one? Thanks!

Take the vin# to your local friendly ford dealer.
They are no longer available here.
