Horn stopped working for some reason.

Don't know why. Was beeping it one day then it stopped all of a sudden. Now all I hear is a little click when I push it. Any ideas?

What year? Dual horns? It's probably a dead horn - put power straight to it to find out.

It's an '86. Dual horns - I don't know.
Well, It's got an '85 F-150 front clip if that makes a difference

No, '85 is the same as '86 ('80-91). Just put power straight to the horn terminal(s) (make sure the bracket is grounded) to test the horn(s).

If you hear a clicking under the dash above the gas pedal/ brake pedal when you push the horn then it's probably the horn itself. That clicking is the relay which is wired to the horn pad through the steering column. Mine went out on the turn signal switch at the connection to the steering wheel, but yours sound like the horn itself.

Here's a radical idea- did you check the fuse?

If the fuse was blown, the relay wouldn't click.

Something to look at is the horn connection. If it fell off you will not get noise.
(I need to hook mine up when the weather warms up...mine fell of and is laying next to the horns)
