Tires

Anyone know the biggest size tire I can put on my 2001, 250 stock highth (Spell Check) without rubbing, cuting and so on? Tire guy told me today that 285/75 would be no problem. I'm trying to plan the tire buy chip (Diablo 54/78) buy, so I dont have to send the chip back.

4x4 or 2wd??....I know a guy who has 315's on his stock rims on a 4x4 and i think 285 on 2wd is about as wide as you can get.

the 315's will rub but how much i could not tell you. I have 295's on my 02 F-250 with no lift and they have never rubbed.
