I am looking for a tire 35x12.50x9 to put on my 2003 F-250 Lariat 4x4. Needs to be able to handle heavy loads up to 20,000 lbs and have plenty of traction off road because of the locations were i work. Not to worried about road noise. Anybody have any suggestions?
I don't understand the size. Also, what's the weight, pin weight? What load does the tire need to be? Obviously it's not 20000 in the bed, is it ~20% of 20000 lbs?

9" rims?
Can you imagine how much armorall it would take for that sidewall?
I sincerely doubt you need a tire that can support 20,000 lbs (tho they do exist) much less your entire truck supporting a GVWR of 20,000 pounds.
I think some clarification would be helpful.
yeah sorry about that 35x12.50x16. you do the math 11,000 lbs trailer and 15,000 lbs of load so i figure i need a heavy duty tire with plenty of off road traction. that a little better on the specifications.

You went from 20k to 26k. How much pin weight, or how much front/rear axle weight and distributed how (how much front, how much rear)? Have you weighed your truck with the trailer and what were the axle/gross weights?
