help!! 4.9l no fuel

Hi, I have recently pulled a 4.9l out of my 91 f250 and put in a 4.9l that came out of a 87 f150. Before i put the 87 engine back in i noticed that the main wire harness plug going to the fuel injectors was different (the 91 had a female 8 pin plug and the 87 had a male 8 pin plug) So i changed them. I dont have any fuel going to the engine. It does have fuel pressure and the engine will run when spraying carb cleaner in the air cleaner. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks

What did you change them to? If I'm not mistaken, you should use the newer wiring harness with the older engine, which means the injectors out of the 91 should also go into the 87 engine. You're not going to get any fuel delivery if you're using the wrong wiring harness and injectors.
