I have a 1996 Bronco that I has a completely new exhaust, with the exception of headers. So far, I have only found JBA, Bassani, and Edelbrock headers that fit this model. Does anyone have any of these installed on a 1996, and if so, how do you like them?? Good performance upgrade?? Worth the money?? Thanks for the information.
Are you talking "shorties" or full headers?
I put Summit racing shorties on mine. Ford Racing sells stainless shorties at a good price.

"Shorties" are basically just headers that are the same length as the factory exhaust manifolds, so they will bolt to the collectors from the stock exhaust. They flow much better than factory manifolds, but probably not as good as full length headers.
The main benefit of shorties is they fit in the engine compartment almost like factory exhaust. I had a set of full length headers on an old '68 F250. Starter went out. No problem I thought. Crawled under and unbolted the starter only to find the headers made a nice cage that made it impossible to get the starter out. Had to pull the headers to pull the starter. PITA.
One other advantage to shorty headers is that you usually remain emission legal. If you have to go through vehicle inspections, chances are that you will fail with full headers. Also, with full headers, it is very difficult to run exhaust pipes down the drivers side for a true dual exhaust (take a look under there - you'll see what I'm talking about).
Both full or shorty headers make spark plug access more difficult. You might want to use special short spark plugs (Accel makes them as do others) and you may have to use special plug wires to prevent burning the boots.
With the motorsport headers, do you retain all of the emissions, or do you have to remove the AIR pump. I am either going to buy the flowtechs or the Motorsports if they will let me keep all my emissions. Also, it looks like there are 2 O2 sensor bungs. Do they supply the caps for theses since they will not be used on a 1990 bronco.
