How big of a PITA is that going to be to deal with the PCM switch? I've actually thought about swapping a diesel into my 07 mustang gt just to have something different, but it seems like getting the electrical/pcm stuff to work would be a major pain. Are you going to run a stand alone computer for the cummins?

Anyone know of a shop around Northern, VA that does the cummins conversions?

My old man has an Excursion, which we really like and have considered converting it over to a Diesel.
